Expanding my signature aesthetic into a 1,600-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout. I maximize every inch of this footprint with high ceilings to make the home feel incredibly grand. The standout feature is the primary suite's custom wet room, where I elegantly combined the tub and shower into a single, spa-like enclosure.
